FAQ (wedding couples)

What is your turn around time?

I give sneak peeks for weddings within 1 week and the whole album within 12 weeks.

engagement shoots are within 3 weeks.

How are images delivered?

Images are delivered via Pixieset- an online album you can download photos + share with others as many times as you would like. I do not give any physical albums but prints and albums can be purchased separately through Pixieset.

How much is the deposit to book?

I collect a 25% percent deposit to book dates for weddings. The remainder is due before the wedding and I am open to creating payment plans for you!

What would an engagement session with you look like?

Engagement sessions typically take around an hour and we can do 2 locations and outfits changes if you would like. I love to make this session specific to you as a couple- so if there’s a coffee shop you love or place that’s special to you let’s do it there! OR you can give me an idea of the vibe you’re imagining and I can tell you my favorite spots!!

How do you accept payment?

All payments are made through an online portal called honeybook. It is secure and set up like you are purchasing something online.  I do not accept cash or check.

Do you travel? travel fees?

Anywhere within around an hour from North hills Pittsburgh does not include a travel fee. Travel fees for every hour after one hour is $25/hour

If we are to travel greater than 4 hours we ask that we are able to stay in an airbnb the night after the wedding.

Once we reach the amount of photos listed on the packages do we have to pay for the rest of our photos?

Absolutely not! every good photo and non duplicate photo is edited and given to you. I do not hold back photos from you guys! There is a number of photos that are promised based on your package but most often I give lots more!

What happens in the case of an emergency and you are unable to make it to our wedding?

. In the case that both me and my husband are unable to attend I have a large community of fellow photographers I could reach out to and I would do everything in my power to get somewhere there to capture your day.
